Adding Disclaimers to clients emails

By shaun ·
Is their any way of adding a disclaimer to all outgoing mail without adding a disclaimer to every client. Can it be done throught exchange?. Also we have a firewall which can add a disclaimer however it sends it out as an attachment.

Look at :www.windows2000faq.com/Articles/misc/imsext/IMSExtension.htm

You can use the IMS Extension (Imsext.dll) to pre-process and post-process e-mail messages that travel through the Internet Mail Service. It also allows you to do the following:

Add text to the message body and/or send a copy of the message to another recipient.
Add prepended and/or appended text to the body of messages. Many companies might use this feature to add disclaimer text to Internet mail.
Add a recipientto each message and/or add recipient(s) based on message recipients (Per-Recipient Journaling).
