Adding multiple contacts in Outlook 2007

By olurantidiyan ·
I recently migrated a client from one email platform to another and in doing so I first popped all his mails to Outlook 2007.

What I did not do was download his address book from the previous email platform, and now that he requires it the email hosting has lapsed.

I wish to know if there is any way I can add contacts from the downloaded emails without having to open them one-by-one. I really have to add all the contacts simultaneously as my client is quite impatient.

You could turn on the option in Outlook to save email addresses of people he replies to, but that only works for future replies. It won't go back through emails already sent.

Now that you have no option to get back to the host, you're stuck opening the emails in Outlook one by one and grabbing the address. That is, UNLESS his previous 'platform' included using a local email client, in which case the address book MAY be stored on his computer. So, what was the previous platform? Was it a web based email account?
