Adding the Enterprise Administrator to the local Adminsitrator group

I need to add the Enterprise Admin to the local admin group on all of my Xp clients and thought that maybe this could be done via GPO, but cannot find the way.
Is this possible, or do I need to do a login script or soemthing?
