Addresses in Distribution List

How can I share the list of addresses in an Outlook Contact distribution list with another user? The other user doesn’t have Outlook and the participants of the distribution list are individual contacts so forwarding a past message only displays the names. I don’t want to send a message to the group and the user because I always place their names in the BCC field to hide the addresses from the other members of the group. Exporting doesn’t work either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
