Administer One Server in A Domain

How do I create an account to specifically administer a particular server in a domain while ignoring the rest. The server is a DC.

Need help!!

Right click on the server in AD Losers and Computers>properties>managed by> and select the person you want to be able to manage the computer.

Or, put server in it's own OU and right click the OU and use the "delegate control" wizard

By applying the changes you describe below, once I add the user under the "Managed By" tab, only this user will be able to access the server? Just to remind you, the server is a secondary DC.

For the user I'm about to create, shall I assign Administrative rights or domain admins rights to it??? Or shall I just create a standard user?
