Adobe CS Creative Suite Premium and Academic version of same

Is the ANY FUNCTIONALITY difference between the Academic version of the product vs the Professional suite FROM A SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT standpoint? I am referring to the Acrobat Reader 6.0 Professional included in the suite. This is reguards to .net etc technology. I am not speaking of manuals etc. ONLY Development capabilities. THX
