Adobe Reader 7.0 Font Issues

I have a user that gets “Font Not Found” errors when trying to open .pdf’s and it will list different fonts that are missing. He had version 5.0 installed and working and then we upgraded to 7.0 and started getting these errors. We have performed completr removal and re-installs of the software.
