Advanced Search Form

Hi,

I am looking for an advanced search form template/example/tutorial that pulls from multiple fields in a database (title, author, keyword etc). I am able to do the simple search fine, but am not understanding how to get the form to search formultiple fields in the database. When I hit the search form I get all the results in the database. If it is helpful – I am using SQL 7 and Interdev to develop the form.
