I bought an Advent 3063 PC with pre-installed software.No CD Roms were supplied but I am advised by PC World that all the installed software is in the Recovery Disk.
The problem is that the recovery programme will only run if the PC is at the original spec (without additional hardware!)
Looking at the Recovery disk files I find that they are norton ghost files that require a password…
How do I get past the password?
PC World Helpdesk are unable / unwilling to respond to my emailsto there CEO in the UK!
