I am using Windows vista Home edidtion Premium,
every thing works ok ,, but after I login I get a blank black screen , I can see the hard disk is flashing , when I press Ctrl+Alt+Delete
a screen shows all the otipns expect the task Manager option .
any one knows how can I troubleshoot this problem .
