After installing Windows 10, hyperlinks in MSWord documents are no longer c

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and used the Firefox browser. I have a lot of MS Word 2010 documents with hyperlinks from my company Manibhadra Fittings website (edited) that I cut and pasted from the internet. Previously, I would CTRL-click a hyperlink to be redirected to a new site. However, in Windows 10, clicking on a hyperlink results in the following error message: “The URL could not be opened. We are unable to download the information you requested.” Is there anyone who knows how to fix this?

I usually let Microsoft have their way with the browser and deal with another browser later. More at https://techlogon.com/how-to-fix-a-cannot-download-the-information-you-requested-error-message-on-hyperlinks/
