After Recovery no access to encryptedfol

After a blue screen, I decided to install a new windows 2000 on the second disk. When copying files, I recognized, that the most important directory was encrypted and I do not have access to these files anymore. Is there any solution to get access again to the files? I am not able to boot into the original installation, but I have access to the folders (all users\cryto\RSA). Can I import these keys?
