All in One Docking Station

I purchased an All in One Docking station from a company in Hong Kong. My desktop will NOT recognize this device?? Nor, will my Laptop?? Anyone got any suggestions on how to resolve this problem. Thanks.

Or, you could go the cheaper route and tell us what hardware and operating systems you have there. (Or you might just try installing the drivers for the thing.)

I'm happy to say that my "All in One" docking station is up and running. Had to go into admin and "format" the WD internal HD. My computer now recognizes the device. Thanks to everyone for you suggestions.

and it is a bit of a pain to setup, best bet is always the docking station made by the laptop maker.

A docking station for a desktop? I stand confused.

There can be OR is nothing like All in One Docking Station leave alone for Desktop. Each Manufaturer/Vendor has their own designs for Docking Stations.

My all in one docking station is working fine with the Sata HD but for some strange reason it will not recognize an old IDE HD that I removed from my other computer?? Any suggesions here. Thanks!!

Is it a box with a USB connection?

What does it look like?

Description of Docking Station

Yes, it is a red & white box that connects via USB. It has two (2) USB inputs plus it's a card reader as well and it's powered by an AC adapter. It has two (2) slots for HDs, one SATA & one IDE..
