Allied Telesyn AT-8700XL series gui

I am trying, without success, to acces the setup GUI on a AT-8700XL switch. I’am doing everything by the book, but “Internet Explorer could not open the search page”. I used GUI to setup different types of switch before with no assle….Why me and why now!I search the Allied site knowledge base and documentation and did not find the solution to my proplem. Is there someone out there who can help me?
