An Error Message

In a Netware 4.1 environmant, I have a Windows 2000 member server acting as a Symantec Corporate and ISA server. It was acting normally, today I had to reboot it, after trying to login to Netware client, a popup message appeared stating that “A network service failed to start, check your event viwer for details, would you still like to try to login to NT/2000”, I clicked ok.
Then after login to Windows, I looked in the event viwer but I couldn\t find any related event. And then when I tried to login to any of our Netware servers, another error message appeared stating the follwing “Error: C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\NLS\ENGLISH\LOGIN.DAT is out of date”
Any help?
