An Excel Keyboard

I do a lot of work in Excel 2003 and I’m wondering if anyone knows of a specific hardware keyboard that might be available on the market for progamming in Excel. Since the Standard 101/102 Key hardware is akward to use i.e., equal sign, parentheses, less than-greater than symbols and so forth when programming I’m thinking that someone must know of a better piece of equipment that combines all of them with the Num Pad. Maybe even a plug in type add on to the a regular keyboard. TIA
