Android Picture and Picture keeps getting stuck on home screen – All Apps

This keeps happening….its infuriating….. Ill be watching a video in PIP and the box will just get stuck…i cant move it, i cant close it, even if i close all windows, it’s still there – I have to go back into the app and reload the video in full screen to get rid of the it – Like 50 percent of the time, it works fine – but once it gets stuck once, it will get stuck every single time until i restart my phone…..it happens with all the video apps i have – Youtube, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix….

Running Andriod 8.1.0 on LM-X210MA LG ARISTO 2

  You have to update your mobile and also you have installed a firewall system for your mobile security
