Another WORD printing problem

One of our users encountered the following problem with printing from WORD.
With a few of her WORD documents the number of copies setting does not work. Regardless what number she set at Print dialog box, only one copy is printed.
On other documents the number of copies is printed as set in the dialog.
Ths was first time I saw such a problem and only for that user.
It looks as it is inherent only to those documents. Is it something set wrong within them?
