Anti-Spam Software

Sometime in the last six months, I read about an anti-spam program that works by allowing you to specify whom you’ll accept email from.

Can anyone help me find this program? I’ve tried other programs such as MailWasher and IHateSpam, but they aren’t exactly what I need.
