I would apreciate help or any advice on how to solve this issue
The problem is a small bussiness that has less than 10 users they use WINNT4.0 SP6a Microsoft exch v5.5 SP4 they dailup to an ISP using an ISDN internal modem when conection is established and authenticated it downloads mail when this happens it automatically sends spam mail to the exchange mail queue with no recipient name (< >) when this reaches the top it prevents the legitemate mail from being send you have to mannually go and delete these funnies.They use Trend Micro Anti Virus V-protect,Mail Scan and Office Scan they do get latest updates from site I’v run adware6 to check for any spy programs NB they only have one server that runs exch,proxy,IIS any ideas or sugestions I may try to stop this funnies in queue if you need more info feel free to ask
