Aol Launch

Every-time I try to launch aol to get connect on the internet it takes a very long time before I can get connected it takes about over 5 mins before aol software actually launch it self on screen…I try deleting and re-installing works for about three days and then it goes back to how it was before.My solution around this problem is clicking on Internet Explorer which launch aol withing seconds… Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
