I am running Windows 2000 SP4 and I am encounterin an application error: The instruction at 0X77FCC3A0 referenced memory at 0X5B207368. The memory cannot be written. Can you please let me know what might cause this problem and how to solve it? No changes have been made to the application

I am getting the same error randomly on login. The user has to ctrl-alt-del then logout. They are usually successful in logging in the second time and it does not happen all the time. Seems to happen mostly first thing in the AM.
