Archive won't work

I have a windows 98 computer with Outlook 2000 and an Exchange e-mail profile loaded on it. For some reason Archive doesn't work. It goes through the process and it acts like it's doing it's job, but when I take a look at the archive.pst it's always 32k and nothing is on there. I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.

Right-click each folder that you want to archive.
Go to Properties and then the Auto-Archive tab.
Set the way you want the folder saved.

The first answer is probably correct. By default when you turn on archiving, your inbox and any sub-folders that are created do not automatically archive. Also, as you create new folders they do not automatically get archived, you have to make the setting change. In Outlook 2000 there is no way to set all folders settings at the same time, so you will need to go to each individual folder and make the settings.
