Archiving Public Folder content

Particulars: Exchange Servicer 5.5/SP4 on NT4.0/SP6a

How would I go about saving the structure and content on a single public folder? I need to delete one of our public folders (and it’s sub-folders) but I want to save the structure and the present content in it. I looked at Exmerge to see if I could export contents to PST, but Exmerge does not seem to be able to handle public folders.
