Arcserve IT Bakcup agent

By Gel ·
Hello,
i installed Arcserve Backup Agent for open files and it prompt me with this message.

"This version of windows does not allow the dynamic changing of a user id within a windows session.

To configure backup agent for open files on the selected server you need to logout of windows then log back in as a user with sufficient rights."

I'm using Windows NT 4.0, arcserve 6.61,exchange 5.5.

I also created a user with administrator, backup operator rights but ain't work.

Thanks inadvance.

From the user guide it says to assign rights for the agent to use it the user account that is running the job must have administrator, server operator or backup operator rights, and if you are using a domain account for this and a member server, youneed to add the account to the local user manager/not user manager for domain. To get to the local user manager open user manager for domains, file->select domain, use the local computer name as the domain name.

Hope this helps.
