Hello,
i installed Arcserve Backup Agent for open files and it prompt me with this message.
“This version of windows does not allow the dynamic changing of a user id within a windows session.
To configure backup agent for open files on the selected server you need to logout of windows then log back in as a user with sufficient rights.”
I’m using Windows NT 4.0, arcserve 6.61,exchange 5.5.
I also created a user with administrator,backup operator rights but ain’t work.
