I have over 3 years of I.T. experience, mostly in the area of networking. I am a college grad and I am MCSE and MCDBA certified. I apply for every position that comes down the pike and I don’t even get interviews. I am currently employed as a contractor for the Navy. What I am wondering is do I need to have my resume professionally done? If anyone has any suggestions.
