Argosoft and Microsoft Outlook

Hello I can not seem to set up Microsoft Outlook 2003 properly to retrieve messages off of my argosoft mail server. When I test the account in outlook everything seems to be fine, I am also able to send messages with no problem, but I seem to not be able to retrieve messages. I can however retrieve messages using the argosoft webclient, but not with microsoft outlook. Any help would be much appreciated.
