artgal.mmc shared

I work in a school environment. I have a shared roaming, interactive profile for every student. Because of this, all students in the school have to access the same AppData folder which is where most applications store settings, etc. One of the applications stored there is the artgal.mmc which is the console that Microsoft’s Art Gallery uses to preview and insert cliparts, etc. Because of my profile situation, only one student can access this tool at a time to preview cliparts, etc. Is there any way that I can enable that console to be used by more than one user at a time? Please advise.
