I want to change an AschII file to Excel. When it comes into excel the data is listed in 4 columns. The request was for the data to be listed in one column with the column formatted with 15 spaces for last name, 10 spaces for first name, 9 spaces for SS#, and 4 spaces for ID. It is also requested that the Enter key is not hit for the entries. Any ideas???
