Please help me..
I have a problem about my scanner HP G2410, I install the scanner in my PC HP Compaq dc5700 Microtower (PN EW287AV), OS Win XP SP2 in my office (Office A). Installation process is ok, I try to scan a paper is ok too. the problem is, I go to other office (Office B) and then I install the same scanner in the same type of PC (HP Compaq dc5700 Microtower, OS Win XP SP2). Installation process is ok but when I try to scan a paper, the scanning result is blank, there is no picture. I re-install the scanner driver, and change the USB port aren’t solve the problem. Then I return to my office A, I try to scan a paperbut in there I can see the picture (not blank like in my office B before). It make me confuse.
I have asked this problem to HP Service Center, but they couldn’t gave me a solution.
Please help me, and what should I do? Thank you so much.
