attachment location

i have office 2000 and office xp on all my workstations.. and would like to set it up to where when you send an attachment it puts the attachment in the body of the email so when i print out the email form my sent list it would show the attachment sent… not printing the physical attachment but show it was attached.. right now it is putting it in the top menu bar when it has an attachment below the cc..bcc..etc.. and when you print the email sent it does not print any of that info so it does not show the attachment sent… if there are any suggestions i would appreciate it..thanks steve
