I am administering two email servers and the settings for internet mail attachments in the internet mail service on both servers are the same. On both the outbound messages attachments settings are set for MIME plus check-marked both “Plain Text” and “HTML”, However internet mail recipients are not able to open attachments -(attachments named simply “attachment” not for example *.jpg*.ppt or *.doc)- send from one mail server, but from the other mail server they have no problems. What could be the cause?
