Hi im trying to fix a hp media smart ….. when i press the power button it dose not start at all so i thought i was the atx power supply but i jumperd it and it powers up, so then i jumperd the power supply still connected to the motherboard and the computer booted up fine ….. what do you think could be wrong ????
