Audio Cable design for mobile DJ apps

I designed an audio cable that splits out all signals coming from the audio jack of laptops and mobile devices. I need to disable the earbud controls so that the channels are not also used to send volume or star/stop functions. Is that available on a programming level?

This means you can’t block it at your cable UNLESS you add some active components such as an amp etc. So the answer is NO to fixing this with just wires.

My problem was putting a TRS DJ stereo headphones that works for listening and pre-cueing music but I also have a dedicated TRS mic input. Plugging in the TRS headphones into the TRRS jack shorts out the mic channel and the other dedicated mic won’t work. I need to add a dedicated headphone only jack to the harness.

Maybe a short F to M cable for the situation of TRS plugging into TRRS would fix it. Sorry but if I were to chat with you at a coffee shop I bet it would be easier but in short (pun intended) said TRS to TRRS F to M adapter might solve this as you can leave out that connection that causes the issue.
