Question

Audio Recording Software for Voice Dubbing/Acting

Hey guys!

I'm looking for a software option to satisfy the following use case:

Let's say I have a list of over a hundred phrases I need to record, each phrase has an ID the recorded phrase file should be saved under.
So I would like to import that ID list to a programme, then record each phrase from the list in a separate line - meaning there is a list of IDs, each ID line has a separate recording track.
Once done, export all recorded tracks under the corresponding ID names. Thus that I have all recordings sorted in one project and made bulk export with the right file names.

Has anybody come across any solution that fits? Any suggestions appreciated!

If you are using Windows OS you can try Windows Voice Recorder, Audacity, Adobe Audition, they are free. If you are willing to spend some money, check out: Sound Forge, Cubase, GarageBand, Logic
