Audio switches from earbuds to phone speaker!

when listening to music thru Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds, when a phone call comes in, the sound does NOT continue thru earbuds while answering the call! THE SOUND IS CHANGED BY APPLE IPHONE 11 PRO MAX TO COME FROM PHONE’s SPEAKER – I AM FORCED TO MANUALLY TAP ON PHONE APP SPEAKER BUTTON TO FORCE SOUND THRU EARBUDS!!! When call is done, sound goes back to earbuds!!! IT MUST HAVE THE SOUND REMAIN INTO EARBUDS THROUGHOUT THIS SCENARIO!!! HELP PLEASE!

Check with the earphone manufacturer. There might be an update to resolve the issue with your iPhone. Could be hardware issue or a simple update to install on the phone.

Bose gets to answer this one. If they come back with “this is how it works.” then you get a refund and try other things.
