Autmatically saving multiple calendars a

By kim.huston ·
I know you can manually save a calendar as a web page by selecting File|Save as web page. Is there a way to automate this, possibly thru scripting, so that I can schedule a periodic save as web page for multiple calendars.

There's no built-in method to do this. You'd need to write your own script gather all the information from Outlook, add the HTML tags and publish via FTP. Not fun.

I did run across a new tool for publishing Outlook calendars called WebPublisher for Outlook that works on demand. See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/olpubcal.htm. Maybe they'd entertain the idea of a scheduling feature.

I tried a program from www.nightcreation.com called WebPublisher. It allows you to schedule the update to the web server at a certain time or interval. It also can use ftp to transfer the files to a web server.

WebPublisher generates HTML pagesfrom your Outlook calendar and contacts, so you can access them from anywhere via the Internet.
No need for MS Exchange Server.

This version supports the following systems:
1. Windows 2000/2000 Server
2. Windows NT 4.x
3. Windows 98
4. Windows 95
a. Outlook 97
b. Outlook 98
c. Outlook 2000
