We recently pushed out a group policy that auto archived emails and set the default to 1 month old. We want to be able to change the auto archive for some people folder by folder. We can change the setting for say the Inbox to 1 week but when the auto archive goes, it doesn’t grab anything from the Inbox. For some people it works to what we set for that folder and for others it does not. Can anyone point me in the right direction on getting this fixed?
We are using Exchange 2003 and Office 2003.
