    auto email address

    How do I get the email address to appear in a new email, “TO” box.
    Since I moved to Outlook from Outlook Express, I have to type the whole address in.

      Click on Tools, Options, Email Options, Advanced Email Options. Make sure Automatic name checking and Suggest names while completing To… are checked off.

      Are your addresses in a PAB or in Outlook contact folder?

      Where you in a networked environment before or just using ouotlook local.
