Auto-Entry

I have a situation on a Windows 98 PC running MS Office 2000 SR-1 where when a user reply’s to an email, in HTML format, clicks in the text of the original message and hits Enter, a name is automatically entered in the email, like this: [Name], usually in a different color, like blue.

The name being inserted is from the previous user of the PC.

Anyone know what causes this, and where to change and/or remove this “feature”?
