Auto Re-boot NT 4.0 Server

By steve ·
I want to automatically re-boot an NT 4.0 server that runs IIS4.0

I found a utility that will do it if the machine is logged in. I just want the thing to re-boot at 4:00AM each and every morning with no human intervention.

TIA

PowerOff is a small program that allows the user to schedule a shutdown, reboot, log off or power off at a certain time. This program also supports the shutdown or reboot of a remote computer. PowerOff can warn the user of the shutdown, if the preferences are set correctly.

I assume you have your server attached to a UPS? Most decent UPS's come with software that allows you to monitor power usage, power spikes and dips, and also lets you schedule shutdowns. Most importantly, a UPS of this type will gracefully power down the server in the event of a power outage, thus preventing any data loss. If you don't have this type of UPS, you should consider it.
