Auto reply in Exchange 2000 for undeliverable mails

If an outside user sends an email to my domain but the mailbox doesn’t exists, it automatically sends an undeliverable email to the sender. I want to change the content of that email. How can i do that?

Oh i’m using exchange 2000 on one domain and exchange 2003 on another.
