auto text attachment – incoming messages

I have a user who started receiving _almost_ all messages starting mid-morning today with an attached text copy of the message itself. No one else in our domain has reported this problem. I checked her Outlook 2000 settings and found nothing and also asked the mail host if they had anything to do with it – they say no. Anyone have any suggestions?
