AutoArchive Contacts folder

I am not able to set up the “contacts” folder to AutoArchive. The only Help listed says to right click on the folder and go to properties and then select the AutoArchive tab. Unfortunately there is no AutoArchive tab when you click on properties forthe “Contacts” folder. Any ideas?
