Autocomplete email Ids Name in OutlookXP

Hi,
For PCs running Windows 98 & Office XP Std Edition, how do I enable autocompletion of email Ids or names.
Like after I click new mail & in “TO” just type “a”, I should get all email user names(in my contacts or those who have sent me emails).
How do I enable this feature ?
