Autocorrect not saving entries in Word

Word XP –

I have a user that has over 3000 autocorrect entries in Word. I was told that I have room for 1000’s more, so I know that is not my problem. Anyhow, when this user goes to save an update or add a new entry to her autocorrect, the next time she trys to use it – it is not available or even in the list of autocorrect entries. But is does not happen every time.

The user has full control rights to the office folder and the MSO1033.acl file.

I have roaming profiles that are saved on the server, but the local autocorrect should be the most accurate until the profile has a chance to replicate itself.(The users profile folder is also set to full control access for the user.)

Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do to correct this problem? Thanks!
