Automate Path, File and Tab Names

I would like to know how to automate the Path Name, File Name and Tab name in each Excel book that I use. I’m assuming that it would be done in the Header / Footer section as there is a button for File name and Tab name but nothing for the path. Does anyone know how to do this?
