Is there a way to configure Outlook 2000 to automatically print each email as it comes into the inbox?

While I don't see the use of printing every message the way you would do it is to use the rules wizard. It will allow you to set up a rule to print messages as they arrive (The 'print it' rule is new to Outlook 2000, and is incompatiable with previous versions). It is under the 'Tools' menu. Select rules wizard. Click on 'New...'. Make sure 'Check messages when they arrive' is highlighted and click 'Next'. If you want all messages to print, click 'Next' again, otherwise define come constraint here. Then you can select what you want done to the message, check 'Print it' and click on 'Next'. Now you can define any exceptions, and then click next. Now name the rule and make sure you check the 'Turn this rule on' box and click finish. Now you can close the rules wizard. The one thing with this rule is that it is a client-side rule, so it will only run if Outlook is open on the users PC.
