Automatic Forwarding of Email

I am running Exchange 2000 and recently migrated from using the POP3 connector to having mail received directly by the server. When using the connector, I had copies of all incoming email from outside the organization forwarded to a Yahoo account. Is it possible to limit the auto forwarding within Exchange to only mail coming from outside the domain? There is a high volume of internal email that we don’t want to forward.
