Automatic Outlook Test E-mail

How to block e-mail message sent automatically by Microsoft Office Outlook’s Account Manager while testing the settings for your POP3 account.
I am using only one computer to login and check mails, still every 10/15 minutes i get outlook test mail or every time i close outlook and open it again
